My “Imagine A Woman” Story

Imagine a woman who trusts and respects herself.

A woman who listens to her needs and desires.

Who meets them with tenderness and grace.

The “Imagine a Woman” Poem

Read through the original Imagine a Woman I and II poems, and notice your response. Each stanza of the “Imagine a Woman” poem leads you on a journey home to yourself. Each stanza holds within it a reminder of the truth. If a stanza triggers strong emotion or longing, there’s a gift for you within the stanza. Let’s meet together in a private IAW coaching session or in an IAW group to uncover the gift of the poem for you!

“Imagine a Woman” Empowerment Services

InBalance has structured the courses into The Journey from Self-Awareness to Self-Mastery. We incorporate many of our other custom activities and services (e.g. Health screening and assessments in our Loving Your Body Course).

Our passion is to see you fully empowered from the inside-out!!!

The above stanza embodies my journey through the Imagine A Woman (IAW) Empowerment Program and coaching. I was introduced to Imagine A Woman International when I read a magazine article written by South Africa's first IAW Facilitator-Coach. When I read the poem I heard a resounding YES, and it inspired me to want to become an IAW Certified Facilitator-Coach.

During the Certification Training, I reconnected to my breath, and realized that the breath is our internal GPS, keeping us on the path and supporting us to make course corrections when we detour from what is best for us. I have moved from striving to understand and accomplish progress in life, to flowing and thriving with it by fully accepting life as my teacher and healer, and approaching each situation with calm and purposeful action.

As a massage therapist I believe in a healing touch; as a business woman I believe in heart-centred leadership; and as an IAW Facilitator-Coach I believe in living life from the inside out, connected to the natural resources given to us by life.

I have the following qualifications: Imagine A Woman Certified Facilitator-Coach; Certificate in Women’s Leadership in Oil & Energy (Wits Business School); BCom (Management, Finance & Information Systems); and BCom (Hons) in Business Information Systems and Masters in IT.

My focus is on Women Empowerment, Life, Business & Wellness Coaching.
